The area includes warehouse spaces, offices, commercial premises suitable for trade and low-maintenance manufacturing and vacant spaces.
The main service offered is long-term warehouse rental. Spaces for rent are especially suitable for storage of goods and their sale. Only a smaller part of the premises is suitable for other activities, such as running a car repair shop or manufacturing.
