Our company is able to provide immediately some warehouse and distribution services according to your requirements, such as loading and unloading with a 3t forklift. Transport then up to a maximum of the size of a larger delivery van, unfortunately excluding foreign transport. We provide these services on the basis of trade licenses issued.
Connection to voice services is provided at our premises via Siemens Hicom 150 E equipment, including remote monitoring, so we are able to respond to our customers’ requests almost immediately. Network cabling for voice services covers 100% of the premises including warehouses and handling spaces. In each case, the provision of Internet is handled individually, according to the needs and requirements of our customers and according to the most advantageous offers of the operators at the time.
Part of our services in our premises at V Mokřinách 283/8 Prague 4 is to ensure waste management for our tenants, which will arise from the operation of rental companies, according to Act 541/2020 Coll., The removal and disposal of which is contractually provided by the company Pražské služby a.s. It is a large-volume container for mixed waste. For sorted waste that is subject to recycling, these are containers for plastic, stretch, paper and cardboard packaging, glass and biowaste. Containers are not intended for business waste.
Our company has been operating since 16.12. 2010 in the area at V Mokřinách 283/8 Prague 4 rooftop photovoltaic power plant with an output of 87.48 kWp, which is located on the roofs of buildings. The electricity produced partly covers the electricity consumption in the area. During this ecological electricity production, we have eliminated almost 500 tons of CO2. This makes us one of the companies that are not indifferent to the impact of today’s environment.
