We provide long-term warehouse rental with complete services. We take care of all technical and legislative matters for all, regardless of the size of the warehouse space rented by each tenant.
The insurance of the premises covers all possible insurable events on our side (landlord). All buildings, including the leased ones, are subject to approval decisions defining all applicable legislation regarding safety, occupational hygiene and fire safety conditions.
The premises are guarded 24 hours a day by a 24-hour guard service, which is reinforced by dogs on any given night. In addition, the entire area is monitored by high-definition camera systems.
The service of boilers for heating and water heating is fully within the tenant’s competence, as our company has provided local gas boiler rooms with their own gas meter, controlled by programmers directly from the rented premises. Electricity consumption is similarly handled, with electricity meters located in all premises. Larger premises are always equipped with a water meter. Energy is billed monthly according to the readings taken at the turn of the month.
Connection to voice services in our premises is provided via Siemens Hicom 150 E equipment, including remote monitoring, so that we are able to respond to our customers’ requests almost immediately. Network cabling for voice services covers 100% of the premises including warehouses and handling spaces. In each case, the provision of internet is handled individually, according to the needs and requirements of our customers and according to the most advantageous offers of the operators at the time.
Regular inspections of electrical wiring, lightning conductors, gas equipment and manual fire extinguishers are carried out in the buildings. Of course, plumbing, locksmith and electrical repairs are provided both in the common spaces and, where appropriate, at the tenant’s premises. We also carry out regular cleaning, greenery maintenance, snow removal in winter and waste management.
